The Struggle (the human population vs. the environment)
It seems like the Earth is becoming less and less important to us everyday of our lives. Its sickening, the Human Population is completely careless when it comes to conserving and preserving our Earth. People who try to inform us that we are doing something wrong and we need to stop, are pushed aside and ignored. In an essence big money runs the world, and who tries to stand in their way is squished by the foot of big business. I think that those who try to say that we need to change our lives and the things we throw away should be appreciated and listened to. Big Businesses use giant factories that send out almost 1000 Tonnes of fossil fuels a year, and the company owners don't seem to give a damn, and the owners still think that it is their right to do what ever they please. Big Business isn't the total blame, we as a global community are partly responsible, the human population threw away 220 Million Tonnes in 2012. As a global population we need to wake up and realize that our garbage will eventually pile up and eventually become to much for the planet to handle. The 'green' movement has made tremendous waves from 10 years ago, some people have already realized that we have almost pushed the Earth to the breaking point, and they have found a way to reduce the carbon footprint and make a buck or two on it. To big business owners I say, listen to these people and go green and maybe we can tip the scales back to the Earth's advantage.
